Arrowhead provides funding either entirely up front or in stages based on the specific details of the investment and needs of our clients. Once we fund, we take a hands-on approach to monitoring and reviewing the progress of the case or portfolio, which always remain under the control of the client and counsel. As experienced attorneys and litigation risk analysts, we have found that the addition of our perspective is invariably welcomed by our clients and their counsel.

OUR INVESTMENTS

Arrowhead maintains a diverse portfolio, currently including investments involving commercial disputes in the manufacturing, real estate, natural resources, health care, energy and intellectual property areas. We have also invested in unfair competition and “whistleblower” matters, as well as in in several portfolios comprised of both related and unrelated cases. Our net investments typically range in size from $1mm to $5mm, and we have led investments with others that have required total funding of up to $20mm.
