Mark Jacobs, co-founder and President of Arrowhead, brings to Arrowhead extensive and diverse experience derived from over 30 years of participating in every phase of litigation, arbitration and mediation of large commercial cases, with particular expertise in reorganization, restructuring and liquidation matters. Mark’s experience is both as counsel in complex commercial litigation and as an investor in commercial disputes and bankruptcy claims. In addition to operating his own law firm, Jacobs Partners LLC, Mark was a partner of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Pryor Cashman LLP. After his clerkship in the Southern District of New York (Honorable S.W. Kram), Mark started his legal career at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP. He is a cum laude graduate of Yale University and the New York University School of Law.


Wynne Morriss, co-founder of Arrowhead with Mark Jacobs, is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Before founding Arrowhead, Wynne was the General Counsel for a venture capital fund and held a series of senior legal and business positions over 13 years at the financial guaranty insurers CapMAC, MBIA and Syncora Guarantee (formerly XL Capital Assurance). From 1988 through 1995, Wynne was a practicing corporate and structured finance attorney at Sidley Austin and Skadden, Arps in New York and Tokyo. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a BA and MA from the University of Chicago.

DIXON R. BROWN – Director of Administration

Dixon Brown has been with Arrowhead from its inception in 2012. For more than 40 years, Dixon has served in senior operating and administrative positions at entities ranging from trust companies, family offices, venture and private equity holding firms and portfolio companies. His skill sets range from finance to HR to strategic planning to IT. Before joining Arrowhead, Mr. Brown was a principal at ParkPraedium LLC, a real estate finance and services firm. Mr. Brown earned a B.A. from University of Virginia.
